i read through all the pages a while ago
most of these guys said there pretty scared at first or just plain scared but others say nah ill **** them up with the quick ness.

Most are to big and slow. Muscles dont win fights. Skill+ toughness+ explosiveness wins fights.

i remember an interview with jay cutler (pretty sure it was jay cutler, anyways), in which he said he's seen pro bodybuilders get beat down by guys who weigh over 70 pounds less than them.
A bodybuilder, or at least a professional bodybuilder, typically does not train for speed or flexibility, which are pretty important in a fight.
in before some obscure reference to a pro bodybuilder demonstrating speed and flexibility.

Bodybuilding is the art of looking stronger than you are, strength training is the art of being stronger than you look.
This (the fact that fighters do STRENGTH training and not hypertrophy) and the fact that fighters have great skill means that a fighter rapes a bodybuilder 9 times out of 10.NY Jets
