I need help with my chest routine.

My routine at the moment is as follows:

Incline Barbell Bench 3x10-12
Dumbbell Bench Press 3x6-8
Dumbbell Pullovers 3x8-12
Dumbbell Flys 3x6-8
Weighted dips 3x6-8
Pushups until failure after all of that.

My back and shoulders are alright but my chest is lagging, I can only do 80lb dumbbells for regular bench and 135lbs or so for 10 reps on the incline. I've tried the regular barbell bench but I can't even put up 180 once....I need to find a routine that will help me increase my benches.

Looks to me like you are actually doing to much. Try this, Stretch, then do a warmup set on a flat bench (barbell) with whatever weight you can do 20 times with no issues. However do not do 20 reps, do 10 quick reps. Rest one minute and repeat. This set is only to warm up the muscles and prevent getting hurt. Next set you will go with 75% of whatever weight you can lift for 6-8 reps. On this set do only one rep, come down with the weight at 75% of what you are going to do when you explode upward with it. Take a 2 minute break and up the weight to 85% and repeat the same routine. These two sets are to get your joints and muscles ready for the next round. Next set you will put on enough weight that you can lift at least 5 times but cannot lift it more than 8. You will use the same routine with the slow down and explosion up. Do this an additional 2 times with a 2-3 minute rest in between. After that You will want to move over to the incline bench. Do one set of 85% of max 6-8 rep weight one time to get ready. After 2 minute break do whatever weight you can do for 4-6 reps max. 2 minute break and repeat. Last part will be cable crossover flys. 2 sets of highest weight you can do for 10 reps. Thats it, done. The workout should last 45 minutes or less.

Go easy on the chest, its a fairly small muscle group. Take out 2 or 3 exercises, might give you a better recovery. Your chest might not catch up on healing itself by the time your next workout comes, so it never grows.

You look like you're doing too much. I like to go flat bench, incline bench, and flies. That's about all I do for chest. I like to throw in some close grip bench at the end for tris,my chest tends to get pumped easier then any other muscle.
