what is it and how do i do it?
sorry if i sound stupid...
is 90% maximum weight, do 5 sets and with 5 reps for every set?
if so how many exercises per bodypart?
need to shed some light on a new workout.. i think my muscles have 'adapted' to its training routine...

not 90%, usually calculated from your current 5rm
there are different versions, some do 5x5 with the same weight, others ramp up to a heavy set of 5
the exercises: squat, bench, deadlift, barbell row / power clean and incline / overhead press
some assistance work is done

i wanted to read this thread because i myself, have started madcows 5x5.
