    Thoughts on this stack...

I am 21 years old and heard great things about universal. Currently, I am 510-511, 176 lbs. I put on about 5 pounds in 3 weeks. Been eating a crap load, trying to eat healthy but i am away at college. I was thinking about this stack so let me know.

mstack, eaa, omega, and pack. All by universal. So let me know...thanks.

Well, I want to keep on adding weight. I am 5'10 and weigh 176. I would like to add more weight but get cut. I play baseball in college and don't want to get bulky. I would like to be about 185 with really good physique.

If your a hard gainer I would recommend looking into stacking hemobolin, 3-ad, and a kynoselon product. unless you can get your hands on superdrol. If so I would stack superdrol, kynoselon and 3-ad. The superdrol was taken off the market but you can still find some places that havent sold all of their supplies yet. and upping your protein intake to at least your bodyweight for any given day. The protein intake includes what you are eating. Go with the 3-2-1 diet plan (3 grams protein, 2 carbs and 1 gram good fat) and increase your calories. This stack will most likely give you 5-10 pounds of lean muscle in a months time and will increase your overall strength. You will want to take a product when you finish the stack to get your natural hormones levels in check in order to keep most of your gains (I would recommend something from AX products). There are some creatines which will also help with this stack however you need to be careful with this since it can bulk you up if you react to creatine by holding water.

Im not the biggest fan of Universal. Tried some of their products years ago and did not get what I was looking for. But, each person reacts differently to these things.
