Gaspari PlasmaJet and SuperPump250

I have decided not to ever use these products again just because the fact they make me sick. I do not know what I did or what I am doing wrong, but I feel absolutely sick! Any suggestions of why I could feel sick? My suggestions believe that my body cannot handle capsul forms, just all powders?

I recommend using powders because you can control the exact ammount you are putting into your body. If the single dose it too much for you, you can take half a scoop, and perhaps that will do the trick. Also, take samples of different preworkouts to see which works best for you. Eventually, you will find a preworkout that you will fall in love with and will help you make awesome gains. For me, sp250 was that preworkout that did the trick. Some good products I recommend for sampling are white flood, juggernaut, and purple wrath.

Sick to my stomach. I get the heaves, and a bad headache. I have never been this sick before from using a supplement before, but since I tried PlasmaJet and an awful tasting Blue Raspberry SuperPump250, I feel incredibly sick!

sp250 gave me headaches...no xplode didnt give me headache's but it wasnt as "powerfull" i'd say per serving, going to try animal pump after this no xplode bottle

I am a true BSN guy. I love their products such at N.O-XPLODE and Cellmass. I think I'm just going to stick with that and regular Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein or even Six-Star Whey Protein.

One serving of PlasmaJet is 10 capsuls which is one blister card. I believe is way too much! I have never felt so damn sick in my life from using a supplement, and I can't believe this is happening to me. This is what is stopping me from getting bigger faster and stronger for sports and also my job. But thats what I get for not really trying it before I bought it. I guess it was just an experiment to try, but now that I know that the experiment failed, back to the drawing boards!

it can happen to some people. just use something else. avoid products with high magnesium and stimulants like caffeine.

The very first product of creatine I have ever tried was MuscleTech something. It was grape flavored and just HORRIBLE! That ended my yellow brick road with MuscleTech products. Then I tried Nitrix with BSN, and that worked great with me. I fell in love with BSN. I guess I like to experiment with different products and see what works and what doesn't, but I have seen great results from the BSN products I have used.
