Me and my friend just picked up two big tractor tires. Unsure of the weight but they are probably around the 100 pound range.
can anybody give me some good routines that i can do with them.

There is a lot more that you can do than just flipping and doing sledge swings.

I would attach a rope/chain to it and use it for dragging.
You could also hit it with a sledgehammer as others suggested - should be able to pick up a moderate weight one for $20-30.Pro Strongman & Former National Champion
