He does not have the best genetics, but he's busted his ass and brought up some bodyparts in a very significant way.

he is freaking crazy he does a lot of old school workouts and even i have noticed that they do an awesome job sometimes better then the new technology today

Im in, man is a machine, some of the best legs in the game ever (if not the best) and insane chest and shoulders. Triceps look good this year and his back is much improved. He has rechecked his gut and could seriously do some damage this year. Not to mention is conditioning is usually insane and is ultra vascular!!

And what sucks for him is that he gets no recognition for the big events on how much work he has put in.. The only thing he does get is most muscular. Don't get me wrong most muscualr is awesome but I know he wants to win events
