Last two or three nights I have started running again because the snow is finally melted away. I did not run tonight due to calf pain. I have been trying to eat 1500 calories or so, doing some crunches during the day, nothing major or impressive. Someone told me that eating less than 1700 calories I?ll get ?skinny fat?, is this true? I don?t really work out anymore other than this jog I do and some pushups. I just drink a lot of water (a little over a gallon), and run at night. I?ve noticed today that im starting to look plump, is that the ?skinny fat? guy creeping up on me?

Lol.
Eating too little will increase the speed you lose fat. It's been said that losing about 1-2lbs a week is considered proper. This will allow your body (skin) to adjust to the changes.
If you start to eat too little, do more cardio and you burn a lot more then 2lbs a week, your body will lose fat too fast and your skin will start to hang. Mostly in the chest/stomach area (for men, that's our gentics).
How much are you trying to lose? If you don't use weights and all you do is jog, you'll get what people call a "runners body".
Sorry for the female photo, others aren't working. Pretty much you'll be lean as hell.

I second that.
If you were really that large at the young, I congratulate you in your massive improvement and understand why you don't want to be "fat" and put weight on.
BUT, as funny as it sounds, by ADDING weight (we'll call this weight, MUSCLE) you will actually look more lean. Crazy!!! You say. RUBBISH!

if thats true thats amazing... do you have any pics of when you were 10?
anyway, you dont need to be scared of putting on weight, "putting on weight" doesnt necessarily mean "putting on fat" you could put on muscle with minimal fat gain which would make you look more lean...
on the other hand if you dont want to be big and muscley and want to just be lean and athletic and not muscley that perfectly fine too
so you cant lift because you have to gym membership?
thats BS.... you dont need to go to the gym to "lift"
i'm sure if your parents spent all that money on all those surgical procedures they will gladly shell out under $100 to by you a basic weight set
or if not:
you can improvise and do bodyweight excersise, theres a quite good body weight excercise thread somewhere floating around.... if you're interested i'll dig it up for you...
that being said, if you dont want to lift thats entirely your choice...If abs are made in the kitchen how come hardly any women have them?
