Yes, if my body is telling me it's hungry then I feed it more. This is something that you have to be very careful with. I don't judge hunger off of my stomach growling at me, but more so off of weakness. Your stomach can play tricks with you and you have to learn to read your body. When I do go outside my calorie target, it isn't by much though. If my body is hungry I have something small and simple such as a cup of cottage cheese. This usually only happens when I have a longer or more intense workout then typical though, and I'm sure the calorie deficit more then makes up for it.
