It´s me Smallarms
Hi,
How are u?
I am new here, and I would like to tell u a little about me
My name is Átila. I am from Brazil
My english is poor written
I born with cerebral palsy, I dont walk alone
I cant go to the gym cause the doctors from here dont aggree with this
The time what I do rehabilitation exercises is more or less 26 years
In the last 6 years, I am doing with my rehabilitation, exercises to gain muscle resistence in my arms, I had gain some muscle mass in my biceps, are now with 12" only
I cant lift heavy weights, only light or very light weights, Now I am lifting 8.8 lbs only
I would like to meet bodybuilders and chat with then if possible cause I am a big fan of this awesome sport

Nice to meet you and good luck with your muscle building. Diet is probably the most important part.
I can only find one post from you. That's odd as your bodyspace says 142 posts.

keep it up--everyone starts somewhere. light weights are better than no weights. but exercise even with no weights is better than no exercise. do whatever you can, and as Geno mentioned--watch your diet.

Don't worry about how "heavy" you lift. The important thing is to lift what you can and improve slowly. And as others said, diet is very important.
I'm glad you are a fan of bodybuilding and I agree that it is an awesome sport.
Please keep us posted to what you are doing.

Hey Small Arms - what's up buddy! I can see some muscle coming along there. Light weight is better then no weight and you are doing something to make yourself stronger, so right on my friend!
