As with most people a small difference isn't unusual. If you have a significant difference and have been lifting for sometime I would look at your form.
It is possible that you are focusing more on the larger arm or that the actual motions/positioning in your lifting are slightly different between both arms.

Measure it to see if it is definitely bigger or just appears bigger.

I'm left handed and my left bi and trap is bigger/stronger than my right. From the age of 12-28 I was an avid bowler. From the age of 18-28 I averaged 20 games a day. I've been trying to bring up my right arm for some time. I don't think my right bi or forearm will ever match my left but I keep trying.

Use a tape measure. I say this because my left bicep appears bigger than my right yet when I measure them they are the same size, but to the naked eye, it really seems bigger.
OK let me think about this. Is it my left bicep looks bigger or is it my right bicep looks smaller

I've been mulling over the same type question myself.
I write right-handed, bat right-handed, and throw right-handed. Yet my left pec is bigger than my right and my left tricep is bigger than my right.
For those of you familiar with monovision, the idea is to get lasik on the dominant eye (for distance vision) or wear only one contact in the dominant eye. At my last eye checkup the doc suggested I go monovision since I can read great without contacts but need them for distance. He simply asked me if I'm left-handed or right-handed and when I told him right he said to wear the contact in my right eye. After a few days I just couldn't get used to wearing only one contact so I decided to search the Internet for suggestions. I came across a website that described a simple test to determine which is the dominant eye. Turns out my LEFT EYE is the dominant eye and when I switched the contact to that eye I could see much better. In most cases the dominant eye matches whether someone is right or left-handed. In my case it was the opposite.
All of my injuries are have also been on my right side. Blown ACL, torn rotator cuff, and both medial and lateral elbow tendinitis.

My right tricep was a lot bigger than my left, and my right bicep slightly more than the left, probably from years of swinging a hammer. The way I brought the left arm closer, is whenever i do isolation movements (one hand curls, extensions, etc) I always train my weak side first, to failure, and then I only do the exact same number of reps with the same weight on my right side. There's usually a rep or two more available on the right, but I just don't do it, and that strategy has helped me get more balanced.
