In the morning i can't eat im not hungry at all. In fact i wake up with a stomach ache almost every morning like i gotta go to the bathroom. I manage to eat some protein cereal, but id really be satisfied with a lot of eggs in the A.M. Is there something I can do? For anyone saying get up earlier I already wake up 3 hours before my class starts. (yes commuter)

it's simply because your metabolism is not used to eating that early, once you start eating in the morning your body is going to start wanting to eat in the morning, so as hard as it seems, try eating a little breakfast, then gradually build it up until it is the largest meal of your day, high carb, moderate protein and how ever much fat you want (to an extent lol probably moderate amount)

Just start doing it and it will be come habit and your body will adjust
If you're in pain in the morning I'd suggest talking to your doctor, could be many things from acid reflux, ucler, etc...I just found out today theres a great possibility I have an ulcer so they'll be shovin a camera down my throat next week!

if you can't eat, try throwing a lot of calories into a shake and drink it. i usually only eat an english muffin with peanut butter, but then i also drink a shake with a cup of milk, 1- 1 1/2 scoops of protein, a few tbsp's peanut butter, a banana, and maybe some blueberries or yogurt. I'm only getting like 200-250 worth of food, but about 400-500 in my shake thats pretty easy to drink.
Anyone can be ripped at 160 pounds. It's not impressive, its called being skinny.

if ur feeling nausea DONT have a shake i did that..i puked it didnt go well what id suggest is maybe waking up having some green tea..do 30mins light cardio? the tea get's me hungrier i put ginger in to settle my stomach when necessary
it'd be best to avoid dairy at this time if ur stomach isnt feeling right..not everyone wakes up starving for breakfast..what's ur before bed meal like? are u eating too much/too close to before u sleep eat 1hr before and nothing too too hefty 1c cottage cheese throw in some almonds or flax seeds are enough

Wow, I keep hearing people talk about how much they hate breakfast...I dunno, but I'm usually starving in the morning and end up eating a ton, haha.
It just takes some getting used to. Especially if you get your body used to not eating a lot, you won't be as hungry. When I started eating more during the day, I started getting 10x hungrier. Your body will adjust to whatever you put it through, it just takes some time.^_^

I know brah i try my hardest even to make it mental, but when ur stomach is upset last thing u wnna do is eat.

The last meal i eat is around 7pm and then i pound water for the night, if anything i snack on some fruit.

yeah i know what you mean, i have to force it down, i mostly take in calories in shake form ( 16oz milk w/ 1 scoop why and 1 packet of instant breakfast ) this shake is 490 cals and i just chug that and have a banana or something, but after my stomach hurts, i dk i just cant eat at all in the morning and i have never been able to since i can remeber

well he told me after i started treating it. I just went to CVS and bought Prilosec. it's pretty cheap... and it can't hurt. Give it a try.. worst case scenario it doesn't work and u waste 10 bucks.-Sweat all you can in training so you don't Bleed in battle.-

Bro, I got bowel disease and I'll tell you straight. Protein is hard on the gut and so are those shake powders if you take alot. I had the same prob, no hunger, ****s in the morning, cramps...
This sounds extremly homo and I never thought I'd give up my manliness but I'm going like 90% vegetarian (no eggs cause they give ****s and baddd farts) and my stomach and bowels have been perfect. Good appettite, eating lots of fruit and veggies and bread and nuts/nut butters. I feel like a million bucks and I'm still bodybuilding.. I'm not Jay Cutler but the super clean diet and high intensity trainign will cause its own quality muscle growth like the brazilian martial artists.Never argue with a stupid person. Also, eff around with your diet.. Go extreme for a few days and see how your guts react. I figured eating two sausages before bed was a no no... Hence me cutting way back on meat. And protien shakes, i tell you, I can not tolerate without explosive diahreha. See a naturopathic docter if youre desperate and not welfare. They help cure the root of the problem rather then some covering pill from a doc which will cause problems in the future if left undone.
