    Take a look at the ingredients list in ***** there's some scary stuff in there (too much stuff). At least with butter you know that it's just churned cream (or milk)

    I read somewhere that margarine/butter substitutes often contain something that can prevent fat loss. So in any diet real butter is actually more healthy.
