Have been doing a fully body working routine this week, and man I can see the gains ! One quick question though, should I continue? I've switched it up from the normal working chest/tricep etc, so my quesiton is should I continue doing 1 day on and 1 day off. monday/wednesday/friday. I felt sore tuesday but right now I feel fine and was thinking about going and lifting again what you guys advise?

I'm on the same routine as you, and yes I would stick with the current plan as long as you're making gains-you can, if you want, do some cardio on the days off, but keep it low intensity to let your body recover more-I do this tuesday/thursday/and sometimes saturday, but I mainly use those days as abs/calves days, after doing some low intensity cardio (no sprints, just a pretty good pace) for about a half hour.
I'm bulking right now though, so if you're really trying to drop bodyfat you'll pry want HIIT on those daysOne Word: STAND.

I do the full body thing 4 x a week right now with a 1/2 hour or cardio tossed in. I'm also bulking up, eating right and challenging myself every set. I'm getting results so something is going right for me. I do every other day when I can but 2 days in a row and 2 off is what I do on most weekdays.

I personally am a huge fan of M/W/F full body workouts. However as Jawa said, you can easily burn yourself out. You have to really have your rest and diet in check to sustain yourself for any length of time.
But as far as strength gains went, I loved it. Also I kept cardio to a minimum; not to stave off overtraining, but because I hate cardio.-
