Fitwell Lifestyles is now on Facebook
I haven't been posting on here much since I damaged my back (getting better, thank you) and haven't been able to exercise much but I am still trying to help people lead healthier lives.
To that end, I have created a Fitwell Lifestyles page on Facebook where I hope a community of health-minded people will share information, resources and thoughts on any subject related to health and wellness.
This will not replace my newsletter but will be an additional, interactive place where we can get to know each other better. Next time you're on Facebook, check it out and become my "friend".
