As it is right now, on chest day I do flat bench, incline db, incline db fly, and dips. I am just starting out and I want to know if I should include decline bench and what the benefits would be. Currently I lift 135 for flat bench, 40 incline db, 20 incline fly and body weight dips. Thanks in advance for the responses.

Decline bench presses are a virtually useless exercise. Dips are superior in every way. Dips involve more muscle mass, more coordination, and a more complete range of motion.
