Advice for new supplements
Hello,
I bought all new supplements today and I wanted to get some opinions to see if I got the right things! I am 5'5 112 lbs and I am looking to get cut and put on more muscle. Below is the list of items I got to help. Please let me know if you think anything is not right for me/my goals. Thank you!!!
Pre-workout - Nitrous powder drink mix
during/after workout - purple wraath
after workout - Syntha-6 protein mix
I also got another protein mix for to use as a shake in the morning and for days at work when I don?t have the time to take a lunch break, Muscle Milk light.
Should I drink a protein shake at night time too and have 3 servings a day instead of just morning and post workout? I am thinking about doing this to see if it will help put on muscle. I just don?t want to gain fat by consuming too many calories in the protein mixes.
Also, the guy at the store said I needed to take a BCAA pill with everything else, but I think with the purple wraath and the protein mix having BCAA's in it that is enough...he tried to make me feel like I'm and idiot but I really don?t think I needed the extra items he was trying to sell. BUT if I'm wrong please educate me! : )
