Im cutting and in the AM I always start with a protein shake made of 1/2 cup of oats, forzen berries, a banana (if i have some), milk and a scoop of protein. After this shake I find it hard to get anything solid into me cause it fills me up pretty good. Would this be ok for the morning if cutting? I know breakfast is the most important meal and only having a shake and no solid food makes me nervous a bit.

It is sounds like a solid shake, but in the end it is all personal preference. You are free to eat whatever you want in the morning as long as it fits into your macros at the end of the day. This gives you quite a bit of freedom - my personal favorite breakfast is a turkey/low fat cheese omelet with a whole wheat pancake. Is this better for me than a shake? Not necessarily, but I enjoy it more and it fulfills the same purpose. You may want to consider adding a handful of nuts or tablespoon of peanut butter to it, unless you are certain your fat needs are met through meals later in the day.
