Based on research I've been doing (^^these 2 sites in particular), the most effective supplements for lucid dreaming are galantamine and choline, taken together. Their combined effects increase the duration of your REM sleep, make dreams more vivid, and increase your awareness and dream recall. Essentially, these two supplements are the EC stack of lucid dreaming. Ordered them off Amazon, and they finally came in today.
The recommended method is to perform WBTB [Wake Back to Bed] a few hours after you sleep, and then enter a lucid dream state using WILD [Wake Induced Lucid Dreaming]:
I will be going to sleep tonight around midnight-1am, and will set an alarm on my phone for 5 hours later (suggested: 4 to 6 hours). I will stay up for ~20-30 minutes (suggested: a few minutes to an hour) while meditating on my desire to lucid dream and where I want to go/what I want to do in my lucid dream.Take your pills after 4-6 hours of sleep. That's quite important. Otherwise you may find it difficult to enter a deep sleep required to feel refreshed. What's more, your REM periods grow longer toward the end of the night, so this timing makes the most of your active dream phases.
I will then take 4 mg galantamine and 500 mg choline (suggested: 4-8 mg galantamine, 200-800 mg choline) and go back to sleep.
If successful, I will have my first truly lucid dream tonight. Have come close a couple of times simply by keeping a dream journal and performing reality checks throughout the day for the past few weeks (I have an hourly chime on my wristwatch)."Taking Galantamine and Choline vastly increases your chance of Wake Induced Lucid Dreams. As you drift back to sleep, you'll be treated to lots of hypnagogia and emerging dreams scenes. Focus your mind by incubating a lucid dream and entering the dream world consciously."
Any brahs have any experience with this, want to share any tips?

brah don't rely on supplements to lucid dream. you'll just become dependent on them and wont be able to do it natty.
and as others said. if you lucid dream too much, you're gonna keep on wanting to escape reality and go back to dreaming. so i suggest that you only use lucid dreaming to maybe practice that skill that you never had time for in your waking state or to learn more about yourselfpm me ur pics and ill rep u haha jk no homo lol haha no but srsly pls pm me ur pics haha just glutes and maybe face haha no homo again lol just kidding kinda not rly lol pls send them

how exactly do you plan on doing a WILD? Unless you fully understand how to correctly WILD, then you have no chance in hell at doing it.
Using those supplements would help during DILDs or MILDs but i doubt they would help during WILDs attempts.
I attempted WILD numerous times and was only successful like 4 times. WILD is very intense.
MILD is the best technique for lucid dreaming IMO. I had a 50% success rate.

I lucid dream about once every two weeks but when I took melatonin I would about 3 times a week. That was just sleeping normal. i have never tried any of those wake up and back to bed methods or anything. **** that, when I go to sleep I want to keep sleeping until I am up for the day

if he has never WILDed before or came close to WILD then pretty much nothing will happen. Most people think the way you have to WILD is to lay still until you enter sleep paralysis. Which is completely false. I have never even experienced sleep paralysis before. All you are trying to do is keep your mind awake while you fall asleep. The best way i found out how to do it through visualizing different scenarios. The whole goal of WILD is to fall asleep. So if your laying on your back, resisting itches and not moving then you are dun goofing.
