right now im doing about 15minutes aday, i burn about 250 cals (im not really tired after it, but i have a sweat) on the olyptical, this is after lifting for 45 minutes or so. should i be doing more then 15? im probably around 14% bodyfat? im trying to get abs by the summer.
bassicaly, i want to burn fat and not muscle so im not sure how long to actually do cardio for. thanks!
