    how long should i do cardio/day?

    right now im doing about 15minutes aday, i burn about 250 cals (im not really tired after it, but i have a sweat) on the olyptical, this is after lifting for 45 minutes or so. should i be doing more then 15? im probably around 14% bodyfat? im trying to get abs by the summer.

    bassicaly, i want to burn fat and not muscle so im not sure how long to actually do cardio for. thanks!

    Yes you should do about 30 minutes after your weights...I am bulking up a bit right now, so I only do 20 min intervals, but when I go to cut in a few weeks, I'll start doing 30 to 40 min after my weights.

    what about hiit for 15-20 minutes a day rather then olyptical
