Ladies,I have been working on this quite a while. The following attachment contains many recipes,you are welcome to print it out and make it.Also substitute some ingredients for others,depends on what you like to eat,a lot of recipes are high in protein. I got it from my awesome strenght tainer back when I was in college,too bad I deleted the attachment in my email,but still had this all printed out,had to scan this and retype some pages.Check it out
