maybe the ones that were hoodies are too embaressed of their bodies to expose them to the public. as for the hats i have no idea.

I can't stand wearing either, hat is just annoying, i get hot to easily with a jacket... but let them do what they want. who cares?

Edit: The only one that wears a sweater is a super jacked black dude who looks like he can bench 500, old school with full sweats and fanny pack with big cd headphones..ha

I almost always wear a hoodie at the gym to stay warm between sets, since I take such long rest periods. And why the **** do you care what other people where?

my fat cuz wears a hoody and sweats whn he runs on the treadmill hes trying to lose weight.

It will help u burn more weight becasue ur body will be trying harder to stay cool burning a little more fat than usualy

as for me i usualy wear shorts and a hanes vneck or a white t or a t with the sleeves cut down all the way to the waist area.

i remember in grade 10 this kid in my grade that always thought he was hot **** would where this old green baseball cap backwards & bring out his phone & text/call people inbetween every couple sets (and do biceps like twice a week everyweek but i dont think he started doing legs for a while) and the biggest guy in the gym, this one senior that pretty much everyone one in their looked up to (no homo) took away his hat or his cell phone whenever that kid pissed him off, and make him finish the workout b4 giveing it/them back...good times... i still dont see him doing legs that much though.

Yeah I dont see the big deal about wearing shirts with no sleeves. Or even having your hood up; I used to do it while in boxing to get my weight down.

Wearing only a beater is a little over the top though.
