Idea

Do the German 10 X 10 method. One exercise per body part (like incline press if ur weak there) 50 to 60% of ur 1 max rep then do 10 x 10 for 12 weeks. As soon as you can do 10 x 10 up the weight. Im sure you can find more info on this on the web.

Ok try this one then.

Trainer did 365 bench and worked with around 120 on this one to give you an idea of proper weight range. 10 seconds up then 10 seconds down (now you see why the weight needs to be alot lower) do 3 sets of that. The normal routine you do just with this lifting techinque...you might be suprised at how youll feel things you havent felt before. I do suggest you drink alot though because when I did this the first time I got sick. All the toxins that are released is intense so like before you get a massage you drink alot and you need to drink alot with this to.
