First show diet

What's up everybody! I am doing my first show and was wanting to get some opinions on if the diet I set up looks good to start. I am weighing 192 at about 12-13% BF. I am 20 weeks out and was going to start the diet monday.

Protein- 288g
Carbs-225g(Workout Days) / 185(Off Days)
Fat- 55g

7:00- 2 whole eggs, 6 whites, 3/4 cup oatmeal with blueberries

10:00- 1 1/2 scoops protein with 1 tablespoon natty pb

12:30- 8oz Tilapia, 1 cup broccoli

3:00- 7oz Beef, 1 1/2 cup brown rice(Pre Workout)

4:30- 1 1/2 scoop protein, 40g dextrose (During Workout)

6:00-6:30- 7oz chicken, 1 1/2 cup Brown Rice or sweet potato (post workout)

9:00- 7oz Chicken or Fish, 1 cup broccoli, 1 tablespoon olive oil

I will be doing cardio on off days. I am guessing my carbs should just be split evenly on my off days?

Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Like I said this is my first show and I am not 100% on the dieting aspect.

if you are doing HIIT on your off days, you should time your carbs just as if it were a lifting session, but if it is low intensity, i would spread them

I love HIIT, it releases all kinds of sick hormones and you feel awesome after you are done, unlike 60 minutes walking on a treadmil...when you just wanna sleep lmao
