    Best time to take Universal Animal Pak

    I've seen conflicting information on this, I was wondering if anyone had any insight on the appropriate time to take such a multivitamin.

    I've been taking it first thing in the morning, right when i wake up with my breakfast. Should i be taking it with my pre workout meal?

    it's hard to say a lot of people will debate this..I prefer in the morning because your body seeks all the nutrients when it wakes up but what works for you and which one have you seen better results with?

    The directions say to take it 30 min after your pre-workout meal... I was wondering if I could take it in the morning also. Normally I would say just stick to the directions on supps but since its really just a multi I cant think of a reason taking it in the morning would be a problem. As long as you take it with a meal in the morning you should be str8.

    Timing is not set in stone. I, and many others, take it with breakfast, but you can take it with lunch or dinner as well.

    I take mine right before I go to bed.

    This is how I've always taken multivitamins. That way I'm not as prone to urinate overnight, meaning more nutrients absorbed (in theory).

    These would be the two best times IMO.
