What is the best weight lifting exercise for upper body (bi's ,tri's,shoulders)???

I am working on getting my upper body strenght back.I have long skinny arms,i I would like it to be more defined.Just wondering what exercise or exercise combination worked best for you ladies to get strong arms.

Bicep curls, preacher curls, concentration curls; rope pushdown, overhead, skull crushers; seated presses (Smith or bb), db presses, lateral raises (side and front).

Start light and always use good form. Switch up your routine every 4-6 weeks by swapping out some exercises.
