Which is better the 3 day split or the 4 day split?
Goal is to have lean muscle and keep body fat at 6-8%, currently at 9%
3 day split:
Mon: Chest/Back/Abs/HIIT Cardio
Tues: Basketball, some jogging
Wed: Bi/Tri/Abs/HIIT Cardio
Thurs: Basketball, some jogging
Fri: Shoulders/Legs/ABS cardio
Sat/Sun: some cardio/ basketball
4 day:
Mon:Chest/Back/Abs/ HIIT cardio
Tues: Basketball, some jogging
Wed: Bi/Tri/Abs/HIIT cardio
Thurs: basketball, some jogging
Fri: Shoulders/Lowerback/Abs/HIIT cardio
Sun: Legs/ cardio

i think u have too much cardio and aerobic activity. dont have to do it every time . def throw it out when u train legs.

So which would suggest to do? 3 day or 4 day split?
