Input from Powerlifters/Weightlifters (Please Give YOUR Input)

Touro University-CA College of Pharmacy is conducting a web-based research survey. It is designed to help health care providers and exercise professionals understand exercise trends and performance-enhancing products/supplements used by weightlifters, bodybuilders, athletes, and recreational exercisers. The results of this study will help future research and education on the topics of exercise science, steroid use, and medication/nutritional supplementation.

BTW, we also have an indepth section on anabolic steroids and use of insulin. If there are any users out there, we'd love to hear your input!

Done. And I don't think anyone still uses insulin like juice since that's absurd.

talk of anabolic steroids is forbidden in this section, and most people in this section do not use anyway, if you want input from people on AAS, go to the AAS section

that said ill fill out your questionairre since there are some parts relavent to me

well you got guys like isaku putting up near elite totals, im positive that he doesnt use, unless his doctor gave it to him (for legitimate reasons) because he was having that whole gynocemastia lactating deal

edit: i guess you are right, that was an unfounded generalization, but still he would def get the feedback he needed in the AAS section

actually i had to reschedule it...and haven't had time to...

although it is time to get my test level checked again, and if its still waaaay down, like i think it is, yay HRT?

We are planning to collect 2-3 months worth of surveys, then will analyze the data in the summer and write up/publish it. I'll be sure to let you all know when its officially in publication.

I just finished it. The survey was quick and easy. the only mistake I saw was the one about your geographic region. The Southeast was not available and I live in GA.

well, it's been shown through research that insulin has the strongest anabolic effect when elevated to a moderate level, not a sky-high level, so it'd make no sense to me to use exogenous insulin as a performance enhancer.
