    at 6'1

    what is an optimum weight to bulk to if im 80kg when i started (now 80.5 !!! hehe near 2 weeks, could be water tho) my goal at the moment is to get to 200pounds which will be 90 kg. What time frame am i looking at so i can gage my results over time, very keen and correcting my diet through heaps of study..

    It will probably take you a year or more if you exceed your maintenance calories by about 175 per day. Since you're young you may want to push that up a little. But you're looking at about a year (if not more) to gain that much without a lot of fat.

    That's entirely up to you, and your genetics, appetite, willingness do do hard work, cleverness to avoid injury etc. And what you think an ideal size would be FOR YOU.
