I was actually at whole foods today (once in a blue moon), and I couldn't find it, however, I did find a yogurt that has no sugar added and it has grains added into it, SO FRIGGIN DELICIOUS, I could eat the whole tub, too bad it was only a treat cause its so expensive. , anyways, My mom and I got the peach to try
I swear though, I don't think the stuff exists in Canada, I've looked everywhere. Any brands or other names for it?Last edited by ianstewart; 02-20-2009 at 10:39 PM.

I eat it with honey sometimes, other times I'll heat up fresh blueberries, stir them in, then add splenda. Tastes like "fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt". I eat it either post-cardio w/o, as a midday "snack", sometimes before bed. Basically just whenever I'm in the mood for it.

On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.
