I was actually at whole foods today (once in a blue moon), and I couldn't find it, however, I did find a yogurt that has no sugar added and it has grains added into it, SO FRIGGIN DELICIOUS, I could eat the whole tub, too bad it was only a treat cause its so expensive. , anyways, My mom and I got the peach to try

I swear though, I don't think the stuff exists in Canada, I've looked everywhere. Any brands or other names for it?

Here in Texas, Walmart, HEB and Randalls carry a brand of greek yogurt. It's pretty good, I think it's 17g

    Even starbucks has it now
Personally i'd go without the honey they give you (it's from china) and put some agave syrup in it if it must be sweet for you.

***e is the big one, Stonyfield makes a brand now too. I don't buy it too often b/c it's so expensive....but I like to mix almond butter or peanut butter in, tastes awesome.

My 1 cup container has 9 g carbs (all sugar) and 20 g protein. Mix that with a no fat, no carb scoop of whey and you have yourself a decent high protein meal.

They are plain and extremely sour.

How do you guys eat it? Do you mix it with anything else?

And when do you eat it? pre-bed?

A little sweetener really helps, just a little though to cut the sourness. Also you can throw in some cinammon as well if you prefer to go the more natural route. Lastly, if you don't mind a tad more extra carbs that are healthy try adding some wheat germ (especially the honey toasted!).

Ive seen a greek's yoghurt with 9.7 g of fats in every 100g serving.

Isnt that too much fat even for those who are bulking esp taken pre-bed?

I eat it with honey sometimes, other times I'll heat up fresh blueberries, stir them in, then add splenda. Tastes like "fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt". I eat it either post-cardio w/o, as a midday "snack", sometimes before bed. Basically just whenever I'm in the mood for it.

On a mini-cut, then onto maintenance mode for the summer.
