Alv's DYMETHAZINE Log
After 6 weeks cutting with a modified version of The Cut Diet 2000, I want to use this cycle to recover my metabolism, gain some LBM and if possible lean out a little.
Ive done 2 cycles before, both with 3-AD, first 6 weeks 4 caps, second 6 weeks 6 caps.
My glycogen stores are completely depleted, my recent bloodwork accused ketones in the urine.

I will increase calories week by week, increasing carbs also until I reach 3200 cals.
Im still considering moving to 3500 cals on week 5 and 6.
Week 1: 2300 cals (235P 260C 35F)
Week 2: 2600 cals (245P 330C 38F)
Week 3: 2900 cals (266P 375C 41F)
Week 4-10: 3200 cals (275P 420C 46F)

Diet:
Cereals means the real whole cereals consisting of Oats + Wheat + Barley + Rye
Meal 1 - tuna, whey, cereals, milk
Meal 2 - boiled cod, olive oil, chickpeas, broccoli, apple
Meal 3 - tuna, 3 whites, prokorn
Meal 4 - tuna, whey, cereals, milk
Meal 5 - 1 egg, wreckfish, whole wheat spaghetti, cauliflour, apple
Totals - 223P 257C 43F - 2306 cals
Thoughts:
Im gona check my BP regulary, it has always been around these values.
Not much to report yes, tomorrow will be my first workout on cycle.

cycle and diet is looking good. you might need to up your carbs abit so see how you feel. carbs should be around 300-500 while on dymeth. now get out the clippers and get that hair off you body! you will look alot better. im on day 10 and things are going great. im subbed.

Im a little restrited on the caloric intake, Ive been several weeks on 2000 cals and I want to take it slow to avoid fat gains. But next week Ill up my carbs to 320g.

I felt hungry throughout the day, Im considering increasing calories to 2500 on Wednesday.
I decided to take another approach on weekdays cardio, instead of 3 days 45m Ill do 5 days 30m.
The energy on cardio was great, I did it with no effort.
My strength is a little down from the cut, but I noticed some improvement from last week.

I gained a pound a week for the first 7 days-It's the dymeth. It seems to have that effrect on just about everyone who has logged it.

The weight today was disaponting, 165.4 lbs.
But that might be explained by the extreme hunger Im feeling.
Im clearly not eating enough, Im moving to 2500 cals today and probably move to 2700 on wednesday since Ill be doing cardio + workout on the next 3 days.

I am on day 9 of my cycle and I didn't see any strength gains until yesterday and they were nice. Up 15lbs on both Hammer Strength flat chest and shoulders. Your carb diet will definitely affect weight gains. I gained like 4 lbs in the first 2 days and I hadn't even been to the gym to lift, just did cardio. I suspect much of the weight gain comes from the Glycogen storage.

I felt much better today, yesterday was like I was hypo.
Dymethazine realy works fast, I still feel the need to eat more.
But Im just trying to avoid overeating, something that has always happened when I try to gain weight.

Are you saying 3-AD was better? My last cycle was 3-AD and my gains on 3-AD where not as nice as dym.

Thoughts:
Impressive workout today, the muscles looked alot fuller and I was extremely pumped.
The only thing that hold me back on chin-ups was the fact my back was soar, my PR is 6x77 lbs.
Im feeling alot better with this food intake, it has been 100% clean.
My body temp has increased significantly.
I upped fish oil to 6 caps a day.

I measured my BP this morning, it was (13.3 / 7.4) HB:52.
It's showing a slight increase, I think this explains the light buzz Ive been feeling in my head.
Im increasing CEL Cycle Assist to the recomended dosage, 8 caps a day and Fish oil to 8 caps a day.

I have been doing low volume in the past weeks.
Haven't measured yet but I can clearly notice a increase in volume in my muscles.
Had a high sodium meal today, my weight will probably go up more tomorrow.

Thoughts:
I dont know if CEL CA or Fish Oil is supposed to work this fast, but my BP dropped to a more confortable value.
My legs are extremely soar, not sure if its from DMZ, the increase in volume or maybe both.
