After 6 weeks cutting with a modified version of The Cut Diet 2000, I want to use this cycle to recover my metabolism, gain some LBM and if possible lean out a little.
Ive done 2 cycles before, both with 3-AD, first 6 weeks 4 caps, second 6 weeks 6 caps.
My glycogen stores are completely depleted, my recent bloodwork accused ketones in the urine.

Weight: 165.0 lbs
I will increase calories week by week, increasing carbs also until I reach 3200 cals.
Im still considering moving to 3500 cals on week 5 and 6.

Sun: 60m Bicycle
Mon: 45m Incline walking on treadmill
Wed: 45m Incline walking on treadmill
Fri: 45m Incline walking on treadmill
Depending on the results I will move to 45mg.
Im dosing Reversitol at 2-2-2-1 because 3 caps is too much for me, it kills my libido.
