    Green Mag and Yohimbe

I was just wondering why it says on the green mag container not to take it within 3 hours of taking yohimbe? I have a bit of Anabolic Halo (has yohimbe) and I want to take it on Sundays as a bit of a creatine load before my workout week starts on monday.

Would taking Halo the day before green mag do anything to me?

Since Y is a mild MAO inhibitor, the tyrosine -> tyramine metabolization / clearance by MAO enzyme process is altered and can cause problems [such as elevated catecholamines, BP, etc...]. Yohimbe can be worse than Yohimbine. But keep in mind that it is of course dose-dependant.

    Different days is fine.

I know a decent amount about supplements but I have no idea what you are talkin about. I guess my biology isn't up to par.

Just don't take Yohimbe with L-Tyrosine at the same time. It could raise Blood pressure significantly as well as other problems. It's not that hard to understand.
