It'll basically suck the water right outta ya, but that's all you'll lose. When you go back to eating regular again, you'll gain it back but it will mostly be just water.
Also, I'd take some diauretic pills as well, that will help with your water retention and make you feel and look a tad leaner. Again though, you're only going to be able to lose water in this time period.
