Cool Spring Break!

I am leaving in 17 days with my softball team for a tournament in Florida. We have been doing endless conditioning and weight training to get ready for this and we are in very good shape. That week is also SPRING BREAK (woohoo) and it would be nice to trim off a couple more inches before then. Can I affect my BF% in the next 15-17 days??

Eat clean and drink lots of water....If you are asking for a "quick fix" to make you look like some kinda bikini model, hate to break it to you but it won't happen.

Stay away from junk food,high sodium and sugar.

Have fun though! Florida is awesome

Keto.

It'll basically suck the water right outta ya, but that's all you'll lose. When you go back to eating regular again, you'll gain it back but it will mostly be just water.
Also, I'd take some diauretic pills as well, that will help with your water retention and make you feel and look a tad leaner. Again though, you're only going to be able to lose water in this time period.

Totally understandable, I'm going for the muscle definition rather than actually losing fat by that time. I eat well and bust my ass and I've lost 12lbs in the last 2 months (along with gaining muscle) I know it doesn't happen over night lol. Thank you for the suggestions
