My workout ranges 6pm-7pm
I usually eat a sandwich right before my workout.
I hear oatmeal is good too, & maybe tuna sandwiches but if i do, should i take it right before my workout or maybe an hour or so before?

whatever is good for you, you can feel when you still have some food in your stomach, i eat 30minutes prior to my workout, i feel like all my food has been digested.
