    When is the right time for a pre-workout meal?

    My workout ranges 6pm-7pm
    I usually eat a sandwich right before my workout.

    I hear oatmeal is good too, & maybe tuna sandwiches but if i do, should i take it right before my workout or maybe an hour or so before?

    U should wait atleast 1 hour after u eat to workout. If u have eaten really heavy then u should wait around 1 hour 30 min.

    Yeah I ate a ton before my workout today and ended up gettin cramps in my side still after like 2hours lol.

    whatever is good for you, you can feel when you still have some food in your stomach, i eat 30minutes prior to my workout, i feel like all my food has been digested.
