    Can Sex Or masterbation cause no muscle growth? plz take this seriously.

    OK I have increased in strength over months so i know this is not a factor. But I am a little tired after. see I have sex and masterbation 3 sometimes 4 times a day. once in a while 5. dont ask anyways im not gonna get to personal but anyways (again please take this seriously.) My problem im finding is. For months now I havent rly gained any other muscle. and my strength gains arent that great even tho they increase. Can this be causing this? if i stop for a while can I gain weight? also im not gaining weight can this be why?


    I have a good diet Protein and carbs and calories in fact i just started using weight gainer last week I havent gained much weight tho who knows if i rly am and i dont see a difference in muscle, altho my bench went up. Still tho could masterbation be playing a role in this?

    masturbation/sex has nothing to do with the ability to build muscle. It has to do with your diet and training and sleep.

    change your training and your diet.

    EAT MORE. PROTEIN.
