Im wondering..I get very little sleep alot of the time..And when I do get sleep I dont get REST..I wake up dead...Im wondering what happens in the long run if you keep doing this while hitting the gym and taking say superpump and such products..Is your body bound for an ER visit?? Like would it just give out on me one day?

You definitely aren't doing your gains and credit... You need sleep to have time to repair your body... If you are seeing gains, they could be much better if you would allow your body to fully recuperate from your training... Something that most effectively happens during sleep... It would be like training 7 days a week and not eating...

I'm the same i get 5 hours sleep a night 6 if im lucky. If' you don't get no sleep at all it can affect you're health and progress in the gym. Sometimes i go through really bad patches and only get 2-3 hours a night, i go get something of my G.P then, normally temazepam.

i go through long bouts of insomnia, and there's more to consider than just a hindrance of gains... immune system, brain function, cardiovascular function, gastro-intestinal function; they're all compromised without sufficient rest, whether it be 5 hours or 10 hours.
when you're not getting sleep/rest, the last thing you should worry about is what you're losing in terms of musculature. after a night, fine... but long term, there's more to consider.
having said that, i'll use nyquil or some OTC sleep aid to kick start my getting back into a normal sleep pattern, but it'll only last a month or so. there's also something to be said about your stress level if you're chronically having trouble getting to sleep...
talk to a physician about some ways to assist you.

Little to no sleep will force you to attend support groups for diseases you do not have. This will help your sleep for a little while until a strange lady figures out what you're doing.
You will be back to little to no sleep but this time you will develop an alter ego. All the ways you wish you could be, he will be. He'll look like you wanna look, fawk like you wanna fawk, he'll be smart, capable and most importantly, he is free in all the ways you are not.
You will then be one step closer to hitting bottom.
After spinning out of control for a while, you'll reluctantly come to terms with what has happend and face your alter ego but by then it will be too late. He is too strong.
You will then have to shoot yourself(non-fatally) to rid yourself of your alter ego.
After that you should sleep pretty well.Royals Crew

Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me. Probably never happen though you are probably just an internet tough guy. I doubt very seriously you would say that to someones face. Just my thought. What do you think. Oh I am sorry you probably do not have a brain. I on the other hand will be happy to buy you a plane ticket to come here and see if you have the nerve to say that to someone I know
