Myo shock on a empty stomach?
hey i am loving myo shock pre workout but my diet is causing me to eat about one hour before i have a good serving does it effect it at all?......i been doing it on empty but now my timing makes me neeed to get that meal in will it still hit me as hard ?......the meal contains around 35 40 grams protein 60 carbs 8 grams of fat i eat that wait an hour then take the shock then wait another hour then gym time will i get the rush still?
