He says that's the plan!
I'd be happy if he can repeat his NY 2012 form. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.

There is no "classical" style alright? Whether or not you look more like the guys in the past depends entirely on your obliques and proportions. If you train legs seriously and your obliques are the type that flow outwards, there's jack **** you can do.
There's no magical way of bulking that can prevent the above.
Just saying since it irks the everloving **** out of me when people say that.
Ontopic - face looks like Lionel's so you can tell even with a big frame he's forcing it.People these days have more reps than brain cells

Go Cedric Go! I've been talking about this for a while. He is well over 6 feet tall, he clearly lacks the thickness to stand next to the truly top tier guys that he does have the shape and frame to play with otherwise. If he takes a good 6-8 months off, and makes a good bulk to 320-330, he could end up at 280+ on stage where he needs to be.

IMO, he probably is doing things slightly differently. That kind of bloating suggests to me that he has started to use things more heavily and subsequently had to pound more carbs. It is just theory, but I think the abuse of that substance is what many times causes people to lose their lines as they are blowing up their muscles into proportions that weren't made for their frame, something I don't think generally happens from just using the basics.

It's kind of ambiguous, but IMO, the most obvious indication is looking at shadow/outline of a BBer and seeing a good shape. If you do it with some guys, its a blob. If you do it with others, it's a perfect silhouette. Add in good symmetry and proportions(which show up in the shadows anyways) and barring any genetic misgivings(like godawful ab construction) and I think you have "classic" lines.

I didn't mean it literally, I meant 'hold his size' ala Roelly, not come in completely deflated.
Also,
Coach said for legs:
4 sets of leg extension for warm up
8 sets of 8 reps heavy squats
8 sets of 8 reps heavy front squats...
My first time ever trying front squats today... man I could not keep that bar still on my collar bone... it kept rolling or sliding to my shoulders... dang. I keep elbows high and back straight like i seen on YouTube... and i tried different ways i seen to hold it. I'm gonna do 4 sets of front squats every damn day to practice until I get the hang of it...smh
we gone git it figured out! (With a country accent) —

This. People have no ****ing clue how big 300 pounds shredded is. And not Ramy 300lbs, actually 300 pounds.
Wolf was easily one of the biggest guys at the Olympia and said his weight was 268....30 more pounds of pure muscle would make the dude look like the Incredible Hulk.Frustrated at bodybuilding? Read my rant:

Size isn't his issue so I'm having a hard time understanding his motivation. I literally think he's just having fun with it.
Spike92 is 15.
^ place this in your sig to remind the world that Spike92 is indeed 15 and will never be anything other than 15.
