Wow, what a GREAT show! Probably my favorite show of all time next to when you had Arnold on. It was so great hearing the inside story of bodybuilding from legends such as Boyer Coe and Danny Padilla. Mike Mentzer really was an ICON in the sport of bodybuilding. We may not have realized it at the time but he changed the sport forever, not only with his rugged and impressive physique (inspiring many future pro bodybuilders such as Tim Belknap and Dorian Yates) but also in his revolutionary approach to training. Mike boldly challenged the status quo of traditional bodybuilding and was regarded as a heretic at first. In time, everyone realized his approach made sense and bodybuilders around the world began training with less volume and more intensity. Thanks Dan and Bob for paying tribute to one of the most influential bodybuilders of all time!!

I just listened to the Nov. 1 podcast. Bob, I respect that you have a background in law enforcement, but I believe you have it wrong. "Without prejudice" means that they can refile. "With prejudice" means they cannot.

Within legal civil procedure, prejudice is a loss or injury, and refers specifically to a formal determination against a claimed legal right or cause of action.[1] Thus, in a civil case, dismissal without prejudice is a dismissal that allows for re-filing of the case in the future. The present action is dismissed but the possibility remains open that the plaintiff may file another suit on the same claim. The inverse phrase is dismissal with prejudice, in which the plaintiff is barred from filing another case on the same claim. Dismissal with prejudice is a final judgment and the case becomes res judicata on the claims that were or could have been brought in it; dismissal without prejudice is not.

Why no Ms. Olympia for episode #208?

Instead some bikini "competitor" that looks horrible? The average woman looks better than that fake thing.

Why wasn't Iris Interviewed for Ladies Night? This year has been open season on Female Bodybuilding. It's like they are trying to kill it completely.
