for instance - meal 1 and meal 2, how many hours are between those two meals..
can it exceed the limit to 4 or 5 instead of 3?

to be honest it doesnt make a huge difference ive learned that eating2, 3hrs apart 4hrs apart or even just having 3 big meals a day it wont make a difference as long as ur getting ur macros (now this is considering u get a PWO shake in too so i guess 3 meals and a "snack")

Metabolically, it doesn't make a difference. But, it could be more tolerable on the stomach to consume 6 meals at 600 calories, rather than 3 meals at 1200 calories (for example).
