How do yall brah's sleep? I'm just wondering, because atm my back feels tweaked after watching a suspense film and I'm sure it's cuz of stress but it feels ****ty. Anyways that reminded me I wasn't sure if sleeping on your back was better or just childhood bull**** I heard.

Usually on my back, but I always turn onto one side in my sleep. Lying on your back is the best position for your arms/shoulder as you won't squash yourself and wake up with pins and needles in the night.Originally Posted by grip_x

i find when i sleep on my side i have a slight digging feeling from my lats on the bed do any of you who have bigger lats than me have this problem to a worse extent?

I try to sleep flat on my back, just my theory that, thats the best because if you can keep your back straight for 8 hours, it should be pretty good for it, rather than during the day where it's bent most of the time. Just my theory.

lol my whole life i used to sleep on my side and i think i ****ed up my shoulder that way, so now i have been sleeping only on my back for 2 years.
