I usually stick chicken in the oven for 30 mins on gas mark 7/8, cook it till it looks a good white colour, cut it down the middle to check if the inside is done the same, if it's pinkish then just stick it in for longer. Or you can get precooked ones, remove the skin and warm them up in afew mins in the oven, not sure if they differ in price but the raw ones I get are alot bigger than the precooked ones (350g uncooked, 150g cooked approx)

Also if you take chicken out of the fridge from storage, don't eat half of it then stick it back in, can't mess with chicken and then stick it back in the fridge. It's ok to get it out of the fridge to cook some off, make a sandwich or whatever, but if you munch into half a breast, then put it back in the fridge with bite marks out of it chances are bacteria will be farming away on it.
