    So let's talk CNS fatigue

(Copied from the Workout Program section)

I'll get right to the point here, I do a ton of heavy compounds - it makes up the vast majority of my routine. I do them just about all to failure, so already I'm nailing my CNS to the wall. Although I do leave 2 rest days off between every lifting day and only lift 3 out of every 9 days. My workout program looks a little like this:

Bench (or Dumbbell) Press / Incline Press / Military Press

    Rest
    Rest
Dumbbell Rows / Deadlifts / Preacher Curls
    Rest
    Rest
    Squat / Rear-Delt Row
    Rest
    Rest

So what I really want to know is, am I over taxing my CNS? Or with the amount of rest days, am I fine?

If you're taking 2 days off in between then I wouldn't think so.
