Amphetalean Log...Yogachick gets Lean x
Hi All...
I'm going to be logging Amphetalean for 30 days and then see where we go after that!
Bit of background...I'm from the UK, teach Yoga, Pilates, Kickboxercise etc etc etc :-)
Current stats:
Height: 5ft and a really little bit (lol!! not quite an inch!!)
Weight: 105lbs
BF%: Had it done today at 1 of the gyms where I teach 17%
Waist: 25inches at narrowest part
Waist: 26.4inches at navel
Hips: 34.4inches at widest (the bit of me I like the least!!)
I eat a fairly clean diet most of the time..high protein, mod fats, low carb (bloat like mad if i eat starchy carbs), do my best to eat 5 small meals a day, about 1300 calories at an estimation, drink loads of water and green tea and also 1/2 pint of cranberry juice (no added sugar) in the mornings.
Food choices come mostly from eggs (whole and whites), salads, spinach, leeks, courgettes, broccolli, green beans, chicken, salmon (and smoked salmon), cod and turkey from time to time. Have been sporadically using BSN Lean Desert Protein.
Training....hmm, well up until recently I have never had to do a lot of external training cos of my job, Yoga and Pilates kept everything long and lean and I plan to do a lot more of this for myself in the coming months. My training plan for the month on Amphetalean...(and beyond) is detailed below...
Monday - Lower Body - AM
Squats, Stiff Leg Dead Lift, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Cable Abductor/Adductor, Abs
followed by 30 mins moderate cardio (elliptical trainer)
30 mins stretch
Kickboxercise class in the evening
If I can I want to get back to the gym in the evening and slot in 30mins HIIT
Tuesday - Upper Body - AM
Bench Press, Bent Over Row, DB Shoulder Press, Lying Tricep Extension, Barbell Curl
30 mins moderate cardio (incline treadmill with light weights)
30 mins stretch
Teach my aqua aerobics class!!
Wednesday - 30 minutes HIIT + 40 minutes stretch
Thursday - Lower Body - AM
Deadlift, Leg Press, Rear Lunges, Seated Calf Raise, Plie Squats, Abs
40 minutes moderate cardio (elliptical machine)
30 minutes stretch
Teach aquaaerobics class AM
Teach Pilates class PM
Friday
Teach Fab Abs Killer Butts class (lower body toning, no weights)
30 minutes HIIT (Treadmill)
30 minutes stretch
Another FAKB Class in the evening, followed by a Yoga class
Saturday
As Monday but without the Kickboxercise class or HIIT
Sunday - Upper Body
Tricep Dips, Pull Ups, DB Side Lat raises, Cable Curl, Lat Pulldowns, Reverse Flys, Abs
40 mins moderate cardio (treadmill incline)
30 mins stretch
So that's the training plan......
other supps I am going to be taking:
7-keto
Super Cortisol Support with Relora
CLA
Fenugreek
DIM
Apple Cider Vinegar
and because I have crappy sleep patterns (insomnia etc) 50mg 5-HTP before bed!!
So all of this officially starts on Monday...any advice, comments, etc will be greatly appreciated. I am keeping this log cos as a PT I know that writing stuff down and being accountable to other people is a really good way of staying on track...so your support is welcome and I hope you'll check in soon xx

Day 1
Okay so....Day 1 of my Amphetalean log was yesterday
Took my first dose of Amphetalean at 8am...general feeling was not an awesome rush of energy, but could feel my body begin to heat up a bit and this continued throughout the day in waves, also a little bit of a manic desire to be doing something, so I guess increased energy kicked in to some degree (steady though). I also felt more awake more quickly this morning... my sleep patterns are rubbish and it usually takes me a good two hours to feel human after waking.
MEALS
Meal 1 - Omelette made with 1 whole egg, 2 whites and a handful of smoked salmon and a cup of spinach. (this is pretty much a staple breakfast for me)
Meal 2 - BSN Lean Desert Shake, 5 pistachios, 1/2 a banana
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber
Meal 4 - Sliced chicken, tiny slice of cheese, wrapped in lettuce leaves x 4
Didn't manage to fit in a later meal, which is actually really unlike me, but I had a surprise visitor.
WORKOUT
Didn't get into the gym today, so no lifting, but taught a 45 minute Cardio Combat class and felt full or energy, could have done another 45 minutes!!
General feeling of smooth energy throughout the day, and into the evening...but didnt get into bed till gone midnight again!! Really need to try and start getting a full 7 or 8 hours sleep the right side of 12...
More later once Day 2 is done...
Any suggestions, advice greatly appreciated...Thanks for reading x

Day 2 and 3
Day 2
Took 1 Amphetalean at about 8.30am along with the rest of my supps
Diet pretty much the same as Day 1 except got a 5th meal in the middle of the day, bowl of oats made with lactose free, semi skimmed....
Hit the gym about 10.30am...
WORKOUT
Bench Press 3 x 12
Single Bent Over Row 3 x 12 each side
DB Shoulder Press 3 x12
Lying Tricep Extension 3 x 12
Preacher Curls 3 x 12 each side
25 minutes cardio...treadmill, high incline, 6.5kmph, 3lb weights in each hand to increase intensity
Then straight onto poolside to teach a 45 minute aqua class.
Feelings Today - really good energy for my workout and felt slight increase in heat while on the treadmill to what I normally would, could have done longer but had to go and teach.
Slightly wierd thing....by mid afternoon I could have laid down for a nap! which I was not expecting. I am pretty stim resistant, so not sure if the one a day is enough for me...energy good in the AM not so great in the PM and I had PT sessions last night!!
Day 3
Popped my Amphetalean about 8am again...didn't quite leap out of bed this morning!
Food Intake
Meal 1 Omelette - 1 whole egg, 2 whites, cup spinach, 50g smoked salmon
Meal 2 Chicken breast, cup lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber
Meal 3 Small bowl oats
Meal 4 Salmon fillet grilled, cup lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber
Meal 5 Protein shake
No workout....because
I had every intention of getting to the gym tonight - doing an hour of yoga, followed by lower body weights and cardio but by about 4.30 I was dragging! Decided to lay down for half an hour, power nap and woke up 4 hours later....
If I am this stim resistant, do I need to think about taking a second dose??? or am I taking something else that is counteracting the Amphetalean??? Thoughts??
I AM going to the gym in the morning!!!!
thoughts???

yoga, I don't believe you need to jump to double-dosage...i sometimes add a diet coke or small coffee about 2 hours after dosage and that seems to jump the "feeling" of the second stage which is long lasting but more dull then consumers are used to

Day 4
A good day today, everything on point!!
7am Amphetalean, 1 x fenugreek, 1 x CLA, 1 x Super Cortisol
Meal 1 - My usual omelette
Meal 2 - BSN Protein shake
Meal 3 - Chicken breast, cup of lettuce, 1/2 cup cucumber, 20g oats
Meal 4 - BSN Protein shake
Meal 5 - Home made chicken and vegetable chowder (broccolli, courgette, mushrooms, leeks)
Another Fenugreek and CLA with meals 3 and 5
WORKOUT - Lower Body Day
Squats - 3 x 12
Cable Adductor - 3 x 8
Cable Abductor - 3 x 8
Leg Press - 3 x 8
Wide Leg Plie Squats - 3 x 15
30 minutes cardio - treadmill, incline 9, 6kmph
Taught 45 minute Aqua Class
PM - Taught Pilates Class
Felt really good today, energy was perfect for workout and classes, had a small cappucino (don't usually do coffee) at lunchtime and that seemed to get me through the mid-afternoon lull.
Also please cos the final piece of my puzzle arrived today...DIM (had been held up in customs). I tend to hold a lot of estroegen bloat, fluid retention in the lower half of my body, so I'm giving this a try along with Amphetalean to see what effect it has...
Also took a dose of 5-HTP last night which really helped me get a good nights sleep, so adding that in to my daily pill popping!!
Happy, Happy...

Hey, looks good in here! Your training looks pretty intense, I dont think i could be on my feet that long throughout the day haha.
Do you have a weight or BF% goal for this product? I dont remember reading anything about goals in your posts, or are you just seeing where this product takes you? Curious

Training is all good...it keeps me energetic and cos I teach it means I get my energy from my students in the classes anyway!! Got a full on day today teaching Fab Abs Killer Butts class x 2 So we'll see how my leg day yesterday affects my ability to squat my ass off!! plus a Yoga class tonight to chill me out...and my upper body + cardio "for me", should sleep well tonight!
Goal for this product...BF% - at the moment I am 17% (when last checked 2 weeks ago)... I want to get it to 14%. Weight not so much of an issue as I am only 105lbs but we'll see on that one what happens...
iPod helps keep me on the go all day long!!

Have you tried it? I read up on it and it seemed to get kudos, so i thought it was worth a try...on its own it seems to be working for me yay!! but i know other people have suggested combining it with GABA or Melatonin, i get terrible sleep normally too ;0)

Teaching 45 minute cardio kickbox tonight so didn't do any cardio this morning cos I was running out of time, every OAP in my town cashing their pension at the post office this morning put me behind schedule!!
FEELINGS SO FAR...1 week in
I am sleeping better since taking the 5-HTP, this combined with the fact that Amphetalean seems to make me feel more awake sooner means I am much more motivated this week than I have been for a while. I am having to force a cappucino down about mid afternoon to re-initiate the effects of the 1-a-day dose (not something I am used to!) but we'll bear with that one.
Will post progress update at the end of week 2 I think, as I know as a trainer that your body needs time to adapt to training/supplementation and a week is a bit soon (although I do think I am seeing a slight improvement already...)
