    How Long Are Your Workouts

    How long do your workouts take? And do you just take the post-workout shake immediately after? Also, how many sets do you do per exercise usually?

    1 hour - 1hour and 10-15 mins. Have a sandwich and protein shake after my shower.

    Same, mines about an hour and sometimes strethces over this. Ill try to take a post workout shake straight after but sometimes feel sick so ill have it within a 20 min period of working out.

    Legs/abs/calves is about 1:20 - 8 exercises
    Chest/back is about 1:30-1:40 - 7 exercises

    usually 50-60 mins (for back+bis, Chest+tris) then about 1:30 for legs+shoulders. i do my core stuff and stretches at home and they probably take about 20-30 mins a session. when i do cardio outside of hockey and biking its only about 10-20 mins of high intensity or hitting the bag. and i take my PW shake as soon as i can get back from the gym after my workout which is about 15 mins after my workout.

    Up untill a last week my workouts lasted like 30 mins. When I first started I did around an hour..

    Now im on a higher volume workout which varies greatly. Sometimes it will be like 45 mins to an hour. Somtimes nearly 2 hours. It varies..

    powerlifting routines requires longer pauses between sets and more sets.. so it takes a long time

    yea im in the gym 30-1 hour never past an hour and i usually have my creatine right when i get home take a shower then have my protein and my meal

    40-50 mins. For me, I loose all intensity after ~50 mins so going past that mark is useless. I eat within 5-15 mins after my workout. Usually a shake and some bread, but if I have the time I'll get a subway sub.

    i think it all depends man, btw hows it going yamster working out regularly? anyhow i think i answered this on yahoo answers too lol but 1hr usually if cardios involved like 1 1/2hrs maybe a bit more but reality if ur workout is intense high volume as they say it can be 30-50mins and be very effective

    90-120 mins, depends on what am i doing but last 30 mins is cardio so just weight lifting is around 60-80 mins.

    About 2 1/2 hours with cardio. Yes protein shake right after, then b ig meal about an hour later. Sets range from 3 to 10.

    usually 2 hours and usually 3-4 exercises of 3-4 sets per muscle group. Shake when I get home within 15 minutes of working out.
