    is this right or wrong?

    some fella started speaking to me about supplements yesterday and advised me to take creatine after my workout and i take no explode which is meant to be used before your workout to give you a boost but he said to take it after i have done my workout to repair the muscles because i alredy have creatine in my body should i take this before or after workout?

    No xplode has lots of caffiene....which is not what your body wants for muscle growth. Caffiene is a catabolic substance, that promotes the BREAKDOWN of muscle. Take about 5g of creatine about an hour before. Thats all you need.

    From wut ive heard. Its better to have creatine post workout. IDK about this no xplode thing, sounds a bit homosexual if u ask me.

    How can it be homosexual? Anyway, NO explode will be a waste of money, it does nothing really at all. Just take protein an hour- to 1 1/2 before your workout, and later on a couple of hours after.

    creatine Post work-out is what i hear most of the time but it doesn't really matter. the creatine you consume that day doesn't take effect until later. NO xplode is meant for pre-workout because of the "energy" boost from caffein and w/e else it has in it.
