    Pull Ups

    What methods do you utilize to prevent yourself from using the momentum in your legs to help you during the dips or pull-ups?

    I keep the movement controlled.

    The greater the control, the less swinging and momentum involved.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    I grab a chair and put my Feet on an high incline (chair) and use my body to do a pushup, I really haven't noticed momentum doing the push ups this way

    this. i lift my legs up behind me so that theyre parallel with the floor, gives great control and lets you go down a lot further since your legs arent obstructing anything.
