Help!
ive always ran for the cardio and lately i have been having majorly bad shin splints...its super unkey and i can barely walk from the treadmill to the locker room once i get them.,....any way to prevent them or anything? any advice is appreciated thanks

just rest and ice. Try running on more natural surfaces treadmills are rough on the shins.
