    replacement workout for Lying Leg Curls. NO MACHINE>

    I am Going out of town so I will not have access to any workout machines. So I need and exercise that can replace Lying Leg Curls without the use of any type of machinery I may not have access to. Thanks.

    unless you have a barbell or sumthin i gues your **** outta luck... run or sumthin... i dunno... dont worry about it, come back and hit it hard again.... you could always get a pair of resistance bands if really needed. thats all i can really think of

    If you have a dumbbell, you can do these, lying across a couple of chairs set side-by-side, for a bench. Bango's suggestion is solid, as well.
