dunking?? help
hey just looking to see if anyone knows some good exercises to dunk, i can dunk a baseball easly, and do calfs 3x a week

deep heavy lunges and front squats, and do abs. A lot of people don't realize the importance of good core muscles BTW do plenty of footwork drills so you don't lose any agility while strengthening your legs

Use jumpsoles, follow the program and do the exercises it advises you to do and you'll see noticeable improvement in your vertical jump.
